Edenhurst Private Wealth is a London-based wealth management provider, working with clients from around the globe.
Working alongside a brand consultant, together we moved them on from the start-up phase of their business, and developed a brand that captures the essence of what sets them apart from other providers – the personal touch and doing more than simply managing money. To capture this we developed a brand proposition around the concept of ‘Managing wealth, investing in relationships’. The design solution introduced warmth through the use of colour photography and tone of voice.
We then worked with them to develop a website. We brought their brand to life to create a professional and credible site, which also captured their more personal approach. We also used navigational techniques such as chatmaps to ensure that site visitors were able to easily see the extent of their offer, while also being able to easy navigate to their part of the site.
A few years later, we worked with them again to further develop their digital presence, ensuring it reflected their widening remit, and support the launch of a sister company in Dubai - Edenhurst Capital. Over the previous four years, their client base had become more aware of their collective offer, so we could deprioritise this message. In addition, a regulatory change meant that the site now needed to clearly differentiate between regulated and non-regulated services.
We moved their main site, and built their new site, on a managed service. While the updated user journeys and content have been extremely successful, we have also given them the ability to self manage the site without the need for a website developer. And we can quickly, and inexpensively, implement any navigational changes at any time.
