      Douglas & Gordon are a well-established London property agency with a long-standing reputation for pushing the boundaries of what property marketing can look like. D&G Asset Management was launched as a sister venture — building on the agency’s strong reputation to offer property asset management services to a wider client base.

      To design a visual identity and a standout suite of print materials that matched their brand personality while retaining a sense of professionalism. The goal was to deliver collateral that reflected both credibility and creative edge.

      As part of a small team at design agency Ideas Factory, I designed the Douglas & Gordon Asset Management’s printed collateral, utilising spot varnish and metallic Pantones with transparencies to convey professionalism with flair. 
 I also designed the ‘15 reasons why’ brochure for D&G featuring trimmed short pages and custom screen printing—a tactile, memorable format that matched the agency’s bold messaging.
