Links is a luxury concierge service offering bespoke experiences and support for a global network of high-net-worth individuals. Their service is highly personalised, combining discretion with deep, trusted connections to deliver exceptional results.

To develop a visual identity and digital presence that felt elegant and personal, clearly differentiating Links in a crowded and often generic luxury market.

In collaboration with a brand consultant, we defined the brand’s personality and positioning, then created a visual identity, monogram, website and digital assets. The logo drew on the founder’s personal network and relationships, while the colour palette and graphic language reflected refinement and sensory experience. Premium print techniques and tactile textures helped create a sophisticated, understated look and feel.

The brand quickly carved out a strong presence, and the website has been particularly effective at driving meaningful client enquiries. It sets Links apart with a confident but human tone—elevating the brand while keeping it personal.
