About the project

Client:
The Brain Forum

Sector:
Health, Tech

What I designed:
• Logo design
• Visual identity
• Brand guidelines
• Brand expression
• Printed communications
• Social media assets
• Trophy design

  • The Brain Forum is an international initiative connecting scientists, innovators, and investors working across brain science. Originally a biennial conference, it aimed to expand its presence and become a year-round hub of cross-disciplinary collaboration.

  • To create a bold, flexible brand that reflected the forum’s evolving role—from event to global thought leader—and captured the diversity of its community: from researchers to entrepreneurs, technologists to philosophers.

  • In partnership with a brand consultant, we developed the brand proposition 'Making connections, exploring ideas, transforming lives.' The logo—a metaphorical space where left and right brain thinkers meet—was paired with a modular hexagon system used to hold patterns and messaging. The identity embraced a vibrant, modern colour palette suitable for both tech and healthcare audiences.

  • The brand helped reposition The Brain Forum as more than a conference. It supported the success of their 2016 event and continues to shape communications as the organisation builds a year-round programme connecting the global neuroscience community.

Client perspective

We have partnered with Jenny on a number of exciting projects over 10 years, as diverse as the creation of new brands to repositioning efforts, website and asset design and supporting ongoing brand communication needs. She has earned our repeat business because of her demonstrated versatility and creativity as well as her understanding of and responsiveness to the unique needs across our portfolio from digital health to tech, new media and specialised engineering industries.
